Our technicians  
 Mike and Rob met when they were 17. They shared the same interest in cars and taken a particular attraction in Toyota Starlet. 
They both owned a starlet and in their spare time they completely stripped them down to the bare shell and rebuilt them including the engine to use for track days as a Hobbie. 
In the early days, Mike worked as an apprentice at a local garage in Malvern whilst Rob worked for Toyota. Once Mike had qualified, he went onto working on fleet vehicles earning more qualifications in various manufactures such as, Vauxhall and Nissan. Rob went onto working in car sales before moving onto a job in the MOD. Friends of the lads would ask them to service their vehicles and do various repairs such as clutches and welding. They did this from home on a driveway till early hours some nights. They both decided they should get a small unit and continue this as a second job. This became a lot for them to do as well as working their day jobs. After a few months they both decided at the age of 23 and 25, they were going to take that leap and create M&R Vehicle Repairs. The unit they had was a little small for the work they had coming in. They moved to Spring Lane where they could have the space and machinery, they needed to complete their work.  
Almost 8 years on M&R welcomed Kate to the team on reception who will be taking maternity leave in December.
In July 2023 we have taken on Adam as our new technician and since starting with M&R its like he's always been here!

From in-depth diagnostics to eliminate your vehicles engine management lights or to something as basic as changing a bulb. We cater for all your needs including electrical vehicles. All our servicing and repairs are completed to the same high standard and quality to that of any main dealer but at a fraction of the cost.
